General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
Section 1. Purpose and Business Identification
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between:
- The Seller: Ms. Hélène PALAMAS, Sole Trader (Entrepreneur Individuel – EI), operating under the trade name Ln by Hélène Palamas, legally registered at 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, FRANCE. SIRET number: 88262668200034.
- The Client: Any individual (consumer) or professional placing an order on the website or purchasing a service.
The business provides two distinct categories of activities under the same legal entity:
- The creation and sale of bags, tote bags, and fashion accessories.
- Computer graphics, digital design, and graphic creation services.
Section 2. Pricing and VAT
Prices for our products and services are listed in Euros (€).
In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable to any of our rates.
For bags and physical goods, prices exclude shipping costs. International shipping fees are calculated and transparently displayed before the final confirmation of the order.

Section 3. Ordering and Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The accepted payment methods are:
- Credit/Debit card (via a secure online payment platform).
- Bank transfer.
For graphic design services, a prior quote will be issued. The order will only be confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and a deposit, if specified in the quote.
Section 4. Product Delivery (Bags and Accessories)
Products are handcrafted and physically shipped from our workshop located in Greece to France, Greece, and all countries within the European Union.
Estimated delivery times for mainland Europe and France are generally 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment. Ln by Hélène Palamas cannot be held liable for transportation delays attributable to postal services or third-party carriers (ELTA, Couriers, etc.).

Section 5. Right of Withdrawal (Bags Only)
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, individual consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their bag to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
- Conditions: The product must strictly be returned in its original condition, brand new, complete, and unworn.
- Return Costs: Return shipping costs (shipment back to Greece) are the sole responsibility of the Client.
- Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for custom-made or personalized bags created according to the specific instructions provided by the client.
Section 6. Intellectual Property and Copyright (Graphic Design)
Ms. Hélène PALAMAS remains the exclusive owner of all copyrights on the graphic creations, logos, and designs produced, in accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code. Exploitation or reproduction rights are only transferred to the Client after full payment for the services has been received, and within the limits defined in the quote.
Section 7. Governing Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or issue with an order, the Client shall first contact the Seller directly at inbyhelene@gmail.com to seek an amicable, friendly solution. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
